What is the Chico SummerFest?

The Chico SummerFest is a “Celebration of all things Summer"...Music, Food, Drinks, Fun & Friends.

What are the date and hours?  The Chico SummerFest is being held on Saturday, August 21st. The event starts at 1pm and goes until 9pm.

Where is the The Chico SummerFest located?  Patrick Ranch is located on the Midway between Chico & Durham, just south of the Chico City Limits in Durham, CA,  at 10381 Midway, Durham CA. The phone # is 530-342-4359

Who benefits from the Chico SummerFest?  There are a few charity non-proftit groups that benefit from the Chico SummerFest.  Partial proceeds will go to the Mighty Oaks Youth Rugby organization the 2030 Club, Chico High School Wrestling Team and East Ave. Church.

What is included in the ticket price for the Chico SummerFest?

General Admission Ticket holders receive:

• Entrance into the Festival

• Full Access to Entertainment, Activities & Attractions

• Food & Beverage ​ - (All food and beverages purchased separately)

• Seating - Guests are encouraged to bring their own beach-blanket to sit on

VIP Guests admission includes: 

• Express VIP Line for the Libation Station (Beer, Wine, Marg Garden)

• Covered - Shaded VIP Area near the Libation Station

• Custom Stainless Steel Cup from Klean Kanteen

• Upfront VIP Parking

• Express Entrance into the Festival

• Full Access to Entertainment, Activities & Attractions

• Food - One Meal from one of the Food Trucks

• Beer-Wine-Marg-Soda - One Beverage from the Libation Station

• Table & Chairs - Seating and Tables in the VIP Barn and the VIP Tent

  • Seating - In addition, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach-blanket to sit on.

Do you have a payment plan option to purchase tickets?

Payment plans to purchase Chico SummerFest Tickets are not available. All tickets will be purchased at https://blueskyfestivals.ticketspice.com/chico-summerfest for $40 for GA TIckets and $100 for VIP Tickets. Tickets purchased on the day of the event are $50 each.

Is there a will call / box office?

A Will Call and Box Office booth will be posted at the entrance of the event.

What can I bring inside the festival?

Where are the RIDE-SHARE  -  UBER/LYFT/TAXI pick up & drop off locations?

The drop off and pick up lot for ride services will be located at the entrance of the event.  There will be signs to direct the drivers.

Is there camping at the festival grounds?

There is no camping at the festival grounds.

​

What accommodations and hotels are near the festival grounds?

There are a number of hotels in Chico and Oroville for you to look into

Are children allowed?

Yes. All ages are welcome. Children 12 and under are free. Upon Check in, you will be able to get a wrist band for your children.

Will there be ATMs available?

Good Question ... ? We are still having trouble finding an ATM to be at the event.  Please bring credit cards for purchase.. Bring your cash and credit cards.

Will there be water refill stations at the festival?

Yes. Free water refill stations will be provided by the Ray Morgan Company will be located inside the festival venue.  Water can also be purchased.

What do I do if I lose an item during the festival?

If you lose an item during the festival, please head to the Ticket Sales booth inside of the event to see if your item has been turned in. After the festival, please email BlueSkyFestivalsAndEvents@gmail.com to see if your item was turned in to Lost & Found. If you find something, please turn it in to the ticket booth or main box office at the entrance to the festival.

Are VIP Tickets available on the Day of the Event? VIP TICKETS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE THE DAY OF THE EVENT. Advance ticket pricing available until August 15, 2021. Day of prices are $50 per person

Is there a lower price ticket if we purchase in advance?  YES, day of tickets will be $10 more.  So, bring your $50 or purchase your tickets in advance.

Restrictions:  What are the restrictions on what I can bring to the event?

ALL ITEMS brought into the 2021 Chico SummerFest Festival are subject to inspection. 

​

For safety reasons the following list of items are not permitted in the Festival:

• Weapons/chains of any kind including pocket or utility knives

• Bags, backpacks or briefcases

• Food and/or beverages

• Camelbak backpacks

• Alcoholic beverages, drugs or other illegal substances

• Laptop computers and/or tablets

• Drones

• Sticks or poles of any size

• Laser pointers or similar items

• Artificial noisemakers

• Large banners

• Inappropriate attire or signage

• Coolers

• Pets (with the exception of service animals)

• No smoking on property - No Exceptions

 

ALL ITEMS brought into the Chico SummerFest Festival are SUBJECT to SEARCH

Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the Festival or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the Festival and may be subject to arrest.
