Due to the ongoing COVID crisis, the tickets that are purchased for the Chico Spring Jam and Chico SummerFest are guaranteed.  If ... for any Covid related circumstances the festival needs to be postponed, we will honor your tickets and move them to the next event.  Your tickets are not refundable ... but they are transferable.

Please pay attention and purchase your tickets on the Early-Early Bird dates for the best pricing.  All Ticket Prices goes UP on February 1st and then again on April 1st, again on April 15th and then up to $50 on the day of the festival.

Each purchased ticket includes the Festival Entry, Parking, Entertainment, and Festival Attractions including the Music,  Vendor Village, Food Truck Rally, Kids Zone, Beverage Bar, and all other attractions around the venue.  VIP Tickets have additional benefits and gifts included.

Once you purchase your tickets, you will receive an order confirmation email from TicketSpice.com on behalf of the Chico Spring Jam. You will be sent a confirmation and a QR code that you need to bring to the festival and present at the entrance check-in at the event.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see your order confirmation in your inbox, make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

ALL ITEMS brought into the 2022 Chico Spring Jam & Chico SummerFest are subject to inspection.

For safety reasons the following list of items are NOT permitted in the Festival:

•      Weapons/chains of any kind including pocket or utility knives

•      Bags or Briefcases

•      Outside Food and/or Beverages

•      Camelback backpacks

•      Alcoholic beverages, drugs or other illegal substances

•      Laptop computers and/or tablets

•      Drones

•      Sticks or poles of any size

•      Laser pointers or similar items

•      Artificial noisemakers

•      Large banners or other signage

•      Inappropriate attire or signage

•      Coolers

•      Pets (with the exception of service animals)

•      No smoking

ALL ITEMS brought into the 2022 Chico Spring Jam &  2022 Chico SummerFest are SUBJECT TO SEARCH

Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the                            2022 Chico Spring Jam &  Chico SummerFest or dispose of it.

​

Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the Festival and may be subject to arrest.
